My 15+ years of recruitment experience, in-house and in agencies, across international and often fast-growing environments, led me to a conclusion that has barely changed: too many companies think in silos and short term when it comes to hiring. One agency to recruit as fast as possible, another to handle employer branding, and yet another for the employee experience.

I have seen what works. Above all, I have seen what costs companies dearly.
